Ravi represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors in commercial and residential transactions across New York and New Jersey — from single-family closings to multi-property acquisitions, leasing, 1031 exchanges, and joint ventures. Clients typically come in at one of three points: buying or selling, financing or refinancing, or restructuring how a property is held.

Business and Corporate
Ravi forms LLCs and corporations, drafts operating and shareholder agreements, negotiates contracts, and counsels owners through growth, partnership disputes, and succession to the next generation. Closely-held businesses are the firm's home turf — clients tend to be owners who built something and want to protect it.

Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning
Ravi designs wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney to make sure assets pass to the people you choose, with as little tax and court involvement as possible. Plans are built around your family — not pulled from a template — and explained in plain English in the meeting, not just delivered on paper.
Representative work: simple and complex wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, healthcare proxies, durable powers of attorney, beneficiary designations, plans for blended families and multi-generational wealth transfer.
Commercial Transactions
Ravi handles commercial contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, commercial leases, and the day-to-day legal infrastructure of operating businesses in hospitality, manufacturing, and retail. The work that keeps an operating business running cleanly — not glamorous, but essential.
Representative work: commercial lease negotiation, supply and distribution agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs and confidentiality agreements, terms of service, independent contractor agreements.
Estate Administration
When a family member passes away, Ravi guides executors and trustees through probate, trust administration, and estate settlement — handling court filings, beneficiary communications, asset inventories, creditor claims, and final accounting. The goal is to move the estate through administration efficiently and to keep the family informed at every step.
Representative work: probate filings in New York and New Jersey, trust administration, estate accountings, beneficiary disputes, ancillary probate for out-of-state assets.
Asset Protection
Ravi structures ownership of your business, real estate, and personal assets to shield them from creditors, lawsuits, and unforeseen events. The right structure depends on what you own, how you earn, and what risks you face — there is no one-size-fits-all answer.
