Ravi Patel, Esq.
Ravi advises closely-held businesses, real estate investors, and families on the transactions and planning decisions that shape long-term wealth. He has spent 18+ years structuring real estate acquisitions, drafting estate plans for multi-generational families, and counseling founders through the full life cycle of a business — formation, growth, partnership disputes, and succession.
Before founding the firm, Ravi practiced at a small law firm in Metuchen, NJ. He represents clients in the hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and real estate sectors, with deal experience ranging from single-family closings to multi-unit apartment buildings and multi-million-dollar commercial transactions.
